The handling of this data will be carried out in accordance with the Information Processing Policies of ASOCOLFLORES, which are published on the website. These policies outline the mechanisms and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the information owner’s rights to: (i) Access, update, and correct personal data; (ii) Request proof of authorization for the collection and processing of personal data; (iii) Be informed by the responsible parties about how personal data has been used; (iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in case of a violation by the responsible parties of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations; (v) Revoke the authorization granted for the processing of personal data; (vi) Request deletion from the database, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation to remain in it; and (vii) Access the personal data that the responsible parties have collected and processed.

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and in line with the purposes of the aforementioned data processing, the responsible parties may collect data from children, adolescents, and sensitive data. 

It is important to note that providing this data is optional as per the law.

En cumplimiento de la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013, le informamos que los datos personales que usted nos ha entregado (nombre, teléfono y empresa en la cual trabaja) serán almacenados, usados, circulados, actualizados y en general tratados con la finalidad de ser contactados para asistir a eventos, concursos y mantenerlo informado sobre el sector floricultor.

Los responsables del tratamiento de la información que nos ha entregado son: Asociación Colombiana de Exportadores de Flores Asocolflores, ubicadas en la Carrera 9A Nro. 90-53 de la ciudad de Bogotá, con teléfono (1) 2-57-93-11. El manejo de dichos datos se hará de acuerdo a lo establecido en las Políticas de Tratamiento de la Información de ASOCOLFLORES, publicadas en la página web Tratamiento de datos personales que contiene las políticas establecidas por los responsables para el tratamiento de los datos, los mecanismos y procedimientos para la efectividad de los derechos del Titular de la información a: i) Conocer, actualizar y rectificar los datos personales. (ii) Solicitar prueba de la autorización para la recolección y el tratamiento de los datos personales. (iii) Ser informado por los responsables del uso que se le han dado a los datos personales. (iv) Presentar quejas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio en el caso en que haya una violación por parte de los responsables de las disposiciones de la Ley 1581 de 2012, el Decreto 1377 de 2013 y otras normas que los modifiquen. (v) Revocar la autorización otorgada para el tratamiento de los datos personales. (vi) Solicitar ser eliminado de la base de datos siempre y cuando no exista un deber legal o contractual de permanecer en las mismas y (vii) Tener acceso a los datos personales que los responsables hayan recolectado y tratado. De conformidad con la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013, y con ocasión de las finalidades para el tratamiento antes descritas, los responsables podrán recolectar datos de niños, niñas y adolescentes, así como datos sensibles1. 

Se informa que la respuesta para la recolección de estos datos es de carácter facultativo de acuerdo a la Ley.
